Your data is 100% safe - the app is open-source and runs completely offline.
Q: Can I import from LinkedIn? A: Not directly (LinkedIn blocks this). But you can export to CSV and manually import to NEXUS NODE.
Q: Is my data backed up? A: Your data is stored locally. PRO users can export to backup. We recommend regular backups to external drive.
Q: Can I use it on multiple PCs? A: One license = one device. Contact support for transfers.
Q: What if I lose my license key? A: Login to gumroad.com/library - your key is stored there.
Q: Will there be a mobile app? A: Planned for v2.0! Currently desktop-only.
Q: When is Mac version coming? A: We're working on it! Expected Q2 2026.
Q: How is this different from Notion/Airtable? A: NEXUS NODE is purpose-built for networking. The graph visualization is unique - you can't do this in Notion.
Q: Can I collaborate with my team? A: v1.0 is single-user. Team features planned for future.

A: Automatic Update Check:
NEXUS NODE checks for updates automatically once per month. When a new version is available, you'll see a notification in the app.
